I am Tracy McRae, an advocate, enthusiast, and industry thought leader with over 30 years of experience. I've worked as a Senior Manager in various roles in HR, as well as a DEIB leader, Chief of Staff and Communications expert. As it relates to pageantry, I've been a contestant, crowned titleholder, judge, coach/consultant, etc. 

Over the past couple of years, I've been reflecting on my career and writing a book about the ultimate merger and (talent) acquisition – pageantry and business acumen.

I'm writing this book for every titleholder, contestant, pageant enthusiast or anyone who appreciates pageantry as a personal and/or professional developmental tool. 

My book is a share that I would have appreciated early in my professional career or while in my mid-20's/early-30's as a contestant. But now by being vulnerable enough to share, I have a gift of lessons learned and observations made. Enjoy!

I am also currently the State Director for North Carolina and South Carolina for the Royal International Miss (RIM) Pageant.

As a state pageant director, it is my goal to engage with contestants, supporters, parents, sponsors, and partners in a favorable manner that results in a meaningful and memorable outcome.
